I watched alot of video before buying creatine and this. One is my first creatine I watched all about nutrition 's video for this product . 27aug 2022 Now I am loading this creatine and i feel bolted even though I am drinking alot of water 3.5 to 4 liter today is my leg day and I am consuming this from last 2 day and my work out is suffering I was able to lift 60 kg 8 -10 weighted squats today I am feeling very tired my sleep was good like always about 7 hours i checked online dehydration cause problems while working out i think this is because of this creatine anyways I will continue loading 3 mor3 days after that 5gm per day right now i consume 5 gm 4 times . I wi update later ther effect of creatine and today I consume creatine after eating banana before going to gym.
