I've given this 5 stars, entirely on the basis of labdoor testing and grades system. this one scores an elite position and , therefore, is value for money. i was using myprotein before this and the results was the only reason i never gave up on that one. glad I've found an alternative, only if, it works likewise. update - it's been more than 2 weeks now and , surprisingly, my strength is coming down. couple of stomach issues as well. if it's pure or not, it's certainly not giving me the benefit of strength like the myprotein did. I'm taking away 3 stars and discarding the rest creatine.

It's a good product at a reasonable price but the solubility is very bad. Most of it settles at the bottom no matter how much you shake the bottle because of how large the crystals are.

For what it is AS-IT-IS Nutrition Pure Creatine does the work it is supposed to. Provides a good boost during workouts. Was my first time trying creatine so can't tell if it was supposed to taste like it did but the end result was okay.

I have only used the ON creatine monohydrate, which is one of best supplement brand. ON creatine is very much effective but only problem with ON creatine is that it doesn't mix in the water. There can't be comparison of ON and AS-IT-IS creatine as one is leading & best brand and this is a newly launched but this is not behind the other brands in any manner. It is good, shows results on regular basis. It mixes well with water. Also leaves residue but not as much as ON. Pros: - Builds muscle - Purest form - Effective - Cost efficient - Improved training Cons: - Dehydration, if not drink adequate water - Authenticity
