This product is good for any beginner and someone who is looking for a cheap alternative. Works good and provide great gains to the body. However, flavour is too odd but it is cheap. So all in all good value for money. I had good 4 packs of ASITIS to experience the product and my feedback is that it is good and cheap. If you can compromise of flavour and need a cheap protein then go for it.

Easily dissolved in water if you don't want to swallow. Lil bitter in taste that is because of having no flavour. Recovery is pretty good after heavy work out. If mixed with chilled water does not taste bitter much. Easy to try. 60 caps in the bottle.

This AS-IT-IS Nutrition BCAA ( Branched Chain Amino Acids) is a very useful product as it helps in preventing muscle breakdown during exercises. It contains three amino acds- Leucine , isoleucine, valine in the ratio 2:1:1 which is the correct ratio. This is an unflavoured bcaa that is it does not contain any additives or sugar or any soy powder. It is gluten free . This is an authentic product. You can scan the qr code at the back of the product with your smartphone and you will get the information about its authenticity. The best time of having bcaa is before going to the gym for the workout. It serves as the best option for a pre workout drink as it stops muscles breakdown and thus helps in gaining huge muscles. If It contains some little amount of of caffeine then it would be the best pre workout supplement but still without caffeine it is very good.

The product is brilliant ...highly effective ...no aftertaste and a strengle and muscle builder ..BUT ! ..the only reason I will probably NOT buy it again after so many times is that the packaging bottle is absolutely terrible ..the cap on the bottle does not screw shut ...it just spins around ...all the times I've bought it ,same issue ..spills when i carry it in my bag ...if they can rectify this flaw then only will start buying it again and recomending it to others ..a real shame actually because the product is so good.
