A small review I will write here. I bought "as it is bcaa", the nutritional content is good. 100g costed me 349, which is decent. This is the first time I am trying unflavored bcaa and this particular brand taste is bitter, a big turn down for me . I would like to try other brand unflavored bcaa and see if it is the same.

You should make your own diet plan and then add this to your list. Bcuz you should know how much you need this. I recommend 2 spoons if your diet plan is below 2000kcal per day. They give you their own asitis spoin for sure. But almost at the depth of packet. It is cheap bcuz it is indian. It is awesome bcuz this brand sends product to military, army and every defence forces. Trusted brand. And it is pure carbs.
