They don't tell you the measurements to make your food/drink sweet like you'd taste normally, it sits at my house in the cabinet. The packet is also very vague in terms of telling you how to use it. If you know how to use stevia or know someone who uses it, learn how to use it before buying, or else switch to coconut sugar or jaggery or unrefined khadi sugar(crystal one). They don't provide zero glycemic index like stevia but are better alternatives to refined sugar definitely. Also no free samples were provided with this product.
