Am using this for a while now....it's really good and effective into sugar craving in tea......I use 3-4 leaves in my 1 cup morning n evening tea....I have tried in coffee too and it's taste good ....It will take some time to develop it's taste but once you get the taste,then it's a best option for rest of ur healthy life....
