I was facing hair fall which is now under control but to, not repeat this issue in future I thought to go to natural products instead of seaking medication. So I ordered dry amla. The dry amla were smelled nice and looked of good quality. I am planning to soak them in an iron bowl overnight and use before washing hair. Will share my experience with you guys after 1 month.

Its good for external purpose esp for hair. I washed& soaked overnight next day I ground it in mixie applied to hair. Felt good. Hair fell lesser.
