It’s good for external purpose esp for hair. I washed& soaked overnight next day I ground it in mixie applied to hair. Felt good. Hair fell lesser.

Came in a good packaging. The amla is clean and without adulteration. I bought it for using in shikakai. So it serves my purpose very well.I did take a bite of it. It's very tangy and crispy, just how amla should taste. I recommend drying it under the sun for 6 hours for two days before consuming and to increase the shelf life.
