First of all, the cost is very high. Before ordering online, it will be a good idea to look for this product in your local market because you can buy it at a very cheap price. However, in some places, this product is not readily available. then you can purchase it online, but in my experience, this packet is mixed with small and big harad, and I know choti harad is extremely effective compared to big harad. Choti harad is chewable, it will not make you vomit, it also soaks the water inside and changes the colour of the water overnight, which big harad won't do. Small and large harad are both lifesavers for people who suffer from constipation and indigestion.
