Packaging is good.Easily disolves in warm water and milk.I consume it before sleeping and it is helping me a lot. I feel active for the complete day and do not feel lazy and dull.Taste is something you have to compromise with but benifits are a lot.But it will not keep you fit, you need to have a good diet and some exercise to see the best possible changes and effect.Price is a bit high.

Product is decentPoor mixability. It does dissolve in room temperature.More concerning is when I noticed small particles of plastic or foil whatever the spoon's golden coating is made of on the bottom of the glass.I wonder many people will be drinking it without even noticing which is very alarming as the golden coating may contain harmful chemicals and plastic which we are ingesting unknowingly.Brand should provide either stanless steel spoon or glass spoon.
