I started taking it right from the day I got. My Saturday was really hectic so on Sunday morning I took as mentioned on the package a pea size scoop of Shilatij it kept me going the whole day and I slept well at night. I am writing a review so soon because I have a routine of gym every morning and Monday I lifted heavy after taking this in morning. My day at work went well and I was sleepy by 11 pm, it is difficult for me to sleep when I am overworked. So in just 2 days I could see the benefits. I wish it tasted and smelled better. Overall a good product who is always super busy and wants energy and this is a natural herbal thing no fancy supplement.

I’m reviewing this product after using if for a week. And I’m already seeing good results. It’s very pure and strong. Highly recommended The Taste of this shilajit proves its originality. Also to check its originality I placed the shilajit near a hot area and checked if it becomes soft. Guess what yes it did. I am totally satisfied with the quality.
