I do take sat isabgol regularly at the end of the day. Dabur's Nature care Isabgol-Double Action-caught my eye, wanted to know what really is Double Action!Along with Isabgol (49% w/w) it also contains swarnapatri(19% w/w),Black salt(7.8%w/w),saunf(8%w/w),ajwain(6.5%w/w) not to mention Trifala Churna(6.5%w/w) a well made preparation, I highly recommend for elderly persons like myself!It is far better than either just sat isabgol or trifala churna ! A must in your Ayurvedic Preparation Chest!
