The product is very good... I'm using it few years. Most of time I purchased it from Amazon... But in my last order, I took few days to open the packets(3 packets I bought). Today when I opened , one packet was missing. It's very unfortunate to believe on Amazon. Fault is mine.... And I have no proof to believe it someone.

I don't know what disorder I had but I always had pencil stool or loose motion for years. I had this Isabgol only twice and the problem just disappeared. Stool became bulky and healthy. I guess I have to continue using it for the benefits but that's alright.
