This tea has a good combination of herbs and spices. All the ingredients are such that they make it a refreshing drink. But the only thing that disappointed me was the quantity received for the price. Each tea bag has very little spices-tiny bits of turmeric and ginger and just one peppercorn . .the tea bags are only 15 in number. . So even though it scores high for taste and freshness. . It is not the best deal.

Great tea with benefits of ashwagandha and turmeric. Ashwagnadha should always be taken with sweetened milk (diary or coconut or almond milk if vegan, hot-warm is best for health and abosrbed by body easily). it helps with cold coughs and bronchitis. More beneficial in winters. This product is really good for people with Kapha and Vaata doshas , Pitta dosha people should go easy on this product as Ashwagandha and turmeric are warming herbs so milk is necessary else it can increase pitta.. I wish the company could provide some basic info on the herbs that are used in these teas.

This is great quality oolong in a tea bag. My mom wanted to try oolong but did not want to buy loose leaf due to the commitment and was afraid tea bags would be poor quality. Vahdam proved her wrong.
