The marketing of the product is great. And it seduced me into buying the product. But the quality doesnt live up to it. I had 1 empty sealed packet with no tea bag inside it. Every tea bag tears open whilst trying to separate the dipping thread away from the tea bag.

Very disappointed.In the Picture left is the old high quality and on the right the new bad tea.They changed their product from pyramid nylon mesh to paper mesh.I brew the tea without the paper mesh but it still have the bad paper odor.I ordered 12, 8 was packed on 12/2021 with regular Vahdam high quality pyramid nylon mesh and 4 was packed on 9/2022 with very paper meshI called Silkrute customer service with poor service and no help or support.Good luck,

Purchased this green tea as it seemed like a really good product. And yes I was right because it turned out to be really good. The sachet packaging is really good.Talking about the green tea, it had a really fresh and good flavour. The taste was just right, neither too strong nor very light.
