The 50 tea bags were not individually packed like it’s normally done in the pack of 15. All the bags were literally dumped in one ziplock bag shabbily. Each time I pick out a bag from the ziplock, I feel the other remaining bags are loosing freshness.

I was a big fan of this Vahdam Chamomile Mint Citrus, it felt like just the perfect combination of the three ingredients to make for a relaxing drink. So much so that I stock up 4 to 5 packages together. So when my last batch finished and the new one came, I was in for a real shock.At the tea packages felt smaller than usual, on opening the tea bags are visible smaller than the product they introduced and the tea inside also looks more powdery and lacking of those rich long leaves.Finally, and most importantly, the taste - such a disappointment, what used to taste so rich and good now feels like a cheap, watery drink. The chamomile feels so inauthentic and there is no citrus whatsoever.It is a shame when Indian brands cheat their domestic customers like this, I am sure they would not pull a cheap trick like this on their international customers.

It does not have that Earl Grey's typical artificial smell. It tastes mild and organic. I think it is recommended 'without milk', but I add a bit of milk and that tastes good, too. This is one of the best Earl Grey I've had.
