If you consume Green Tea on a regular , you will like this tea too. Oolong is meant to help with your metabolism to help manage weight. Its an upgrade to Green Tea, you could say. Better tasting and good as an everyday drink. Make sure u follow the brewing instructions mentioned in the packaging to the core. Do not ever do your own thing with Teas. The packaging of this product is damn good. The outer tin that carries the tea bags can be reused to store anything else u want later on. So its a 2-in- 1 benefit. Worth the money spent.
