This is my second bag of spearmint tea. Love the packaging. It doesn't promise any magical healing but yes it is amazing for your skin and gut. I personally felt my gut health improved and somewhat my skin also calmed down a bit. I have inflammatory PCOD so I think this helps with it. It isn't some magical product but works really well, way better than other teas in the market.

Very flavourful tea, I instantly feel refreshed after having it in the morning or after a tiring day at work. Also, I got my period 5 days early because of it! Other improvements with respect to PCOS are yet to be seen.It is definitely a lot of tea leaves for the money. Lasted me quite a while.

It has very strong good spearmint flavor as it should be. Quality and quantity both fine but I prefer tin packaging. I have tried teas from multiple brands the one called true elements was one the best, but since they don't sell teas anymore I got this. This tea is great too.buy this.
