Mullein can be good for lungs but this tea is not for regular users. I tried lots of tea’s but use this occasionally. Need to pour some lemon to get the better test. So if you don’t know about mullein test and have not been tested earlier then better to check other options. Better to test first somewhere and the order.

Mullein in itself is very mild in flavour so if you're looking for tea with a stronger flavour this isn't for youBest part is there aren't many stems, so I even use it for smoking. Mullein can be used as a herbal smoking blend too, clears out the lungs quite well. If you're looking for a mild flavoured "green tea" or something that you can smoke, by itself or mixed with other herbs, then this is for youNote- mullein is spongy in texture with very fine hair on the leaf which gives it a 'fungus look'.
