I came here. I saw the reviews and bought this. And I lost. It is a decision I regret. I need to stop being misled by rave reviews. Else I will be filled with many more regrets... (always take a look at what the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews say). This stuff is good for people who think that the correct way to make tea is to fling everything -- tea powder, milk, water, sugar, etc -- into a pot and boil it mercilessly. A lot of people do this and that could be one explanation for the ratings (although I have my doubts). But if you're someone who likes to let your tea brew to release its flavor, taste and aroma, and have it black or with milk/powder, with or without sugar, then this isn't for you. Personally, I regret this purchase and will be giving the box to my maid.
