I love these refills as we travel a lot and my husband loves his spiced tea,which is not available abroad and even if it is available it's not up to the mark.this tea preparation is hassle free,just add a sachet and pour in some boiling water and your perfect tea is done. Love it!

Personally, I prefer less sweetened tea. So I didn't like this brand. Anyone who likes their tea super sweet may love this one. But for me it's a no go. Overall, the taste of masala is good. But the taste of tea is weak. This is expected as it's an instant chai.

I live alone, and I am too tired after work to make myself a cup of tea from scratch. This is an amazing product. The taste, the sweetness, the flavor, the aroma, everything is just right. Just take care of the proportion of water needed for one packet, get that right and you have yourself a beautiful cup of tea. Does not beat the tea made from scratch using actual tea leaves and all, but doesn't disappointment either.
