Girnar Masala Chai Premix is the exact one served on Indigo Flights. The Premix chai is prepared by the Cabin Crew and served on Flight Paper Cups. Something that I quickly noticed was the gram amount of the product, the ones served on Indigo are specifically made for them by Girnar according to the size of their paper cups, the one economically sold are shorter and have lesser gram product of the premix powder. To prepare, it only requires 100ml of boiling water and a normal sized tea cup, not a coffee mug, for a creamy slightly thicker chai, if you were to make this one in the Indigo paper cup, it would be more watery and diluted. The Box comes with 10 sachets of 14gm each and 10 wooden stirrers. These are priced at ?15 and the ones served on Indigo is for ?150 as of 2023.

This is my first order from Girnar and I am disappointed because of their Packaging. I order 1 box of Masala Premix (36 Sachers) & 2 box of Girnar Premix (36 Sachers) I was a frequent buyer of Waghbakri tea premix and due to my past experience with their change in taste I was looking for other brand selling same item. With my friend reference I placed my first order with you and when I received my package it was completely damaged. I was expected my products inside of some kind of corrugated box but it came in regular plastic which had damaged the product’s box inside. No doubt taste was awesome and everybody enjoyed it but my first experience with you was not as expected. Also I am not saying that Girnar sent my products in damaged condition. It is the Prastic Packaging that destroyrd products and ruin my first Experience. Being a customer all I would Request Girnar is to improve their Packaging. Try to deliver product in Corrugated box if possible. Looking forward to try other products from Girnar
