I bought this protein on the recommendation of my cross fit trainer and since he has seen tremendous results from the foodstrong proteins, I thought of trying it out.I must admit, that I'm totally loving this one!Delicious chocolate flavour with real chunks of almonds (Badam). Now that's a first for me when it comes to all the whey protein powder options in India.Mixed easily even in a glass and doesn't really need a shaker always.It's 26 gms of protein per serving.And there are no complications of 'number of scoops'.The pack contains 15 sachets of one time servings (34gms).It also had an additional sachet of the coffee flavour which I tried and found it to be tasty as well. I think I'll try the coffee one next time :)The protein also has turmeric extracts which I think will just help to add the much needed shield of immunity in these times!On the whole really happy with the purchase.Btw the product can also be verified for genuineness on their website.Nice to see Indian brands come up with products suited for Indian athletes.Kudos foodstrong!

This is a super nice product and I have been using this daily for the past 1+ year. Never had any problem with any of the flavours. The powder is fresh and tasty. I did not face any side effects. And taking this protein powder has definitely helped me in my workout and gaining strength.

15 pouches of protein enhanced with turmeric and almonds so at this cost it's rs. 100/- per pouch. I won't say that's affordable for everyone and this is definitely targeted towards a particular income group and if you're one of them then this product is perfect to make up for lack of protein in diets specially because of the quality of protein. The container itself is so grand that you won't want to throw it away once empty and the pouches themselves are high quality leak proof packs. I'm not comparing it to hardcore whey protein powders in the market but this is definitely a go between quick shake that can afford you the flexibility of carrying your protein and nutrition rich pouch along. Worth it.

I don't understand why anything "healthy" has to be this sweet. It might not have added sugars, but contains both sucralose and stevia - turning the product into this barely palatable milky sharbet. Comes in convenient sachets, but that little convenience is honestly offset by its taste. Both coffee lite and choco almond were sickeningly sweet and very artificial. The brand could honestly invest a little more in their research, instead of all the fancy packaging. Don't know what to do with the remaining sachets now.
