I am taking this protein with milk and it's really very tasty but not good with water. Price point - I feel it's expensive. I take it post-workout and I feel that it works for me as I have used many protein supplements and got bloating issues but with this one, I have never got one. Cheers Silkrute and food strong..!! :D

Hi , I came across this protein supplement Food strong and would like to share with you all that it tastes heavenly, It is extremely appetising and delectable because of its dark chocolate and almond flavour, the best part is there is no refined sugar and yet it's so yummilicious. Moreover it's made of grass fed whey so it's is completely organic and devoid of any artificial hormones and antibiotics.I generally have it for muscle recovery post my Pilates sessions as it has 25 GM's protein which makes its an appropriate post workout meal. Strongly recommend for muscle gain and strength.
