Triphala is a traditional ayurvedic herbal formulation consisting of three fruits native to the Indian subcontinent - amalaki (emblica officinalis)bibhitaki (terminalia belerica) and haritaki (terminalia chebula) . Amazing product. I had used it over 20 days now. My acidity or acid reflux is completely controlled. I take 5mg pdr in a 100 to 150ml of lukewarm water first thing in the morning. During the day I dont require any other antacid.I suggest follow all the other measures like eating less (keep some empty space in the stomach), drinking sufficient water, avoiding deep fry and having sufficient sleep.I would highly recommend this product.
