( For those who don’t have time to read -In short-You can always choose Dabur if they keep the price lower than the Telephone brand as both are the same) Psyllium Husk has many benefits. 1) It helps with constipation. 2) it may aid in weight loss. 3) It Can Lower Blood Sugar Levels. 4) It’s good for your heart. We have been using psyllium husk- the “TELEPHONE BRAND” for a decade. The availability of that brand became a problem so we’re forced to buy Dabur. I am happy we did *it’s cheaper than the telephone brand and *the taste is the same," *the effects are the same," *quantity is the same 200gm for both. *And the price for Dabur is ? 144 and Telephone Brand is ?180 It’s cheaper than Telephone brand without compromising on other elements. Goog to buy. ????
