I use to take bhusi regularly of some other brand. This time I tried this one (price more or less same). This product found mixed with dust, black colour particles etc. I have mistaken to buy this bad quality product. I am not satisfied with it. I have opened the 2nd packet. It is same like the 1st one. Don't buy. Iam annoyed with this item.

I'm on a weight loss programme and wanted fiber supplements for my diet. Psyllium Husk is very good for that. It increases food mass, and prevents hunger pangs. I was able to consistently meet my daily food limit after taking 2 spoons of Isabgol in the afternoon every day. Warning : Yes, it does increase the bulk of your digested food. So, you'll probably go to the toilet 2 times more than usual, but given the tradeoff, I feel it's worth it.
