While mixing in water it became lumpy and taste so bad. I purchased it coz it’s labled as isabgol but it’s a mixture of isabgol and amla. Not worthy also not much effective. As per quantity only 50 grams of isabgol out of 100 grams.

It is so powdered that I feel it's not doing what Psyllium Husk is effected to do. It gets stuck in your mouth while swallowing with water. Go for any brand with the coarser one. This one is too finely powdered.
