Disadvantages

This product is priced low compared to others in the market but its not even worth buying at this price. First it does not feel like taking an ayurvedic product but feels like eating any inorganic substance. There are preservatives like parabens in this so called ayurvedic product. No other Isabgol brand use so high level of parabens as is done by Dabur. Moreover, its too sweet while eating as if it has been mixed with lots of grounded sugar or some chemical. Lastly its efficacy is almost 25% than other brands. Even local brands are much better than this multinational house brand. Disgusting!!

Disadvantages

It is so powdered that I feel it's not doing what Psyllium Husk is effected to do. It gets stuck in your mouth while swallowing with water. Go for any brand with the coarser one. This one is too finely powdered.

This product contains 49 grams of Isabgol and 1 gram of Amla in every 100 grams. When I called Dabur customer service to ask about the remaining 50 grams in each 100 grams, the representative was unprofessional and didn't seem to know about the product. They put me on hold for a long time and gave a rude response, which was disappointing. I would suggest avoiding this product because of the poor quality, unclear ingredients, and customer service experience.
