Basic Ayurveda Loh Bhasma is an ayurvedic formulation that comes in powder form grade a quality. It helps with a condition marked by a shortage of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the blood resulting in pallor and weariness.
Loh Bhasma also known as (Loha Bhasma Lauha Lauh) is high in iron which helps with anemia improves general weakness and improves digestion.
Loha Bhasma contains Vrishya and Balya properties which may help in improving male health. This is also beneficial in improving the immunity level of the body.
It is prepared from Iron (Purified) but incinerated 100 times as per text. Loh Bhasma satputi benefits the same as Lauha Bhasma but is more potent.
Loh Bhasma when taken in the prescribed dose and duration is considered safe for use the dosage is 125 mg to 250 mg with Madhu (Honey) or water twice a day or as directed by an Ayurvedic Doctor.
