I just got my 2nd bottle. I've been consuming 3-4 spoon with water every night before bed time. And this is what I have noticed so far.Hair: my hair got darker than it used to be. Hair fall also got reduced over the time. But i have to mention, I have taking care of my diet too. Like eating enough protein. Adding 3 eggs to my diet everyday, whey protein, etc. I'll definitely recommend to add eggs in your diet to get more benefit from this tonic, if you're a non vegetarian.Digestion: Bowel moment and digestion got improved recently. So I'll say yes this will also help in gut issues.Taste: it taste like chavanprash mixed in water plus little bit of wine soar taste. Its okay, you can drink it.I'll suggest to try it if you have hair fall problem or bowel movement issues / constipation.
