If looking for ayurvedic.. It's good.. Although quantity is very less.. Its an old recepie my dadu made at home.. Very similar to pudina hara.. But this one has more. Oily texture.. Spoiler alert it's too bitter hence use sugar.. And do not use in cold and cough
