I have purchased this product from Amazon and have been using it for the last 4-5 days. I found both the sunflower and the Pumpkin seeds are quite fresh and tasty, and also highly nutritious. The quality of the seeds is very high. No stones or adulteration was found.Overall its value for money product. Amazon service, including packaging and delivery, as usual very nice. Both me and my wife begin the day by munching one spoonful each of both the types of seeds. It keeps my tummy full and not craving for breakfast. I think overall the value for money is 4.7 out of 10. Would like to order again for sure.

Packing was done before,but printed manufacturing date as August 2022,make sure and check the product at the time of delivery. Otherwise seller loose the orders.The both products are not fresh stock. Exp date was 9 months.sunflower seeds are turned black to spoil.some have holes.
