It's a good product and tastes good, but the quantity is mentioned 550 GM in description but I don't know it was for aggregate quantity or individual but flaxeed=175gmPumpkin n sunflower seed=150 gm eachAnd also the product is fresh and I get this in 299 which is value for money .......

The seeds are okay in quality...the date of packaging has been stamped and are not printed so no gurantee of what the actual date of packaging has been....anyone can stamp it to the latest date. ..2 of the lids are broken out of 3 bottles... Means you cannot put the lid once the seal is broken so you need to transfer it to another bottle or else it will not remain crunchy due to air.The plastic bottles are not at all of great quality... Kind of use and throw if you are thinking to use it later.
