First of regarding their packaging: got a damaged one where holes were there, complained to Silkrute and they sent a new one without any additional charges. But second time also same thing, I got lazy and didn't exchange it, thinking what cud go wrong. Taste: they are not fresh and have to put a lot of effort in chewing them. And because of this reason may be, they taste funny. Cost: I would prefer to pay more and get a better quality ones rather than these. So all in all, I would request to the manufacturer, improve your quality and please pay attention to ur packaging also.
