It has soy protein than whey one, plant protein absorbs little than animal one, besides it increases heat in body and pimples and all related reaction you can observe after consuming for 4-5 days. Please go for whey protein one. I don't recommend this product of any one who just want to maintain healthy lifestyle and fill little nutritional deficiency.
