Thick and gooey with absolutely no vanilla aroma or flavour. Wasted my money. I was surprised because Spice Drop is a good company and I had bought their cardamom flavour earlier and it was fantastic! Trusted my instincts based on this but was really disappointed. I made a sweet dish and added two tiny teaspoonfuls (provided in the pack) but did'nt get the desired effect.

Absolutely marvelous. I have tasted authentic thandai made from powders and this is just like that. Added 3 small spoons(comes with a mini spoon) of the thandai mix for 2 large glasses of milk. It tastes divine. Small package yet powerful. I am a big fan spice drops and their variety of drop mixes and this is no exception. This mix is much better than the huge bottle thandai concentrate that we get in stores . Lovely , going to buy again and keep extra in my pantry stock. If i could give more than 5 stars ....

I found bottle of this masala tea extract in one of the local shops and I would say it definitely made job easy for anyone who prepares tea for me in the morning at home for sure, as rest of my family doesn't like masala tea.( I always knew in my heart that I was adopted ????). Just one drop of this extract and your regular tea turns into 'Magical Masala Tea'. ????..So when my first bottle of extract got over, I went back to the same shop but it was out of stock. As usual, Amazon came to my rescue and here it is... 'Chai Masala Extract' and 'Ginger Extract' directly shipped from Kerala by SpiceDropIndia.Awesome product. Five stars.

The actual product is really good. we use it a lot to flavor the tea. The package when came a lot of product was already dripped out of the bottle during shipping. So the actual yield was 20 % less. I think if the manufacturer can put a stopper seal under the cap, one that can be broken when you are ready to use the product for the first time, this will become a 5-star product for me.
