I tasted this first when I was in Ahmedabad... everyone including my daughter loves it so much... once you taste this you can never go back to the popular brands in the market. One of the most underrated products. Sad part is that I could not find this even in Amul stores in Mumbai. Silkrute came to my rescue here.

Amul has been consistent with its quality across its brand-line. This one is no different and is a decent alternative to other protein-oriented health drinks. I have been consuming it daily and could feel the positive influence in my daily protein intake, given that it has whey-protein solids.Barring its a bit too sugary taste (which may be disliked by some), I think that Amul Pro could easily be consumed across all ages.
