I bought this pack of 4 and realized I wasted all my money. The product did absolutely nothing to alleviate my gut issues. It's just an effervescent sugary drink with zero effects on gut. Probiotics are supposed to be alive for them to be effective. Unfortunately this is a gimmicky product with zero understanding of how good products are to be made. The owners know only one thing - how to get paid reviews. Commercialism rules the roost. Public good be dammed.

This is second time that I have purchased this product. The best part is the ease of using this tablet. All one needs to go is drop this tablet in a glass of water and your are set. Secondly what is most amazing is the green apple taste, amazing flavour. Both my husband and me really find this very refreshing. Within a week of starting to this tablet, I could feel the difference in myself. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good probiotic.

Product is good... it works... i have been taking for the last 1 month and have seen good improvement in my digestion. My acidity / gas problem has definitely reduced by at-least 80% and i started seeing results within 7-8 days.However, they have misled by stating "36Billion CFU... one per day". Technically its only 18billion CFU for one table and you would need to take 2 tablets to get 36billion CFU. They need to clearly mention this.

Disadvantages

You will feel constipation after using this product. Instead of wasting money in marketing and packaging they could have tested this before releasing to people. The cost is also very high for this non sense product. Only good thing is taste.
