It does miracles mixed with white macuna seedspowder , safed musli powder and ashwagandha powder in ratio of 1:1::1:1 taken with cow milk once , preferably twice a day one tea spoon gradually increase to 2 teaspoon... when it comes to sperm count and over all semen quality.

I would say that the first thing which I didn't like it is I ordered the yellow bottle shatavar but I got the Purple one which was slightly disappointing and I have but I've recently started consuming it and I hope for a positive response because I ordered it for some physical body changes so let's hope for the best but I would say that instead of commenting and saying that it its taste is very bad or it is like dust we have to realise that after all it's a Patanjali product not any other medicine which will give you some beautiful chocolaty aur Venilla taste it made of Ayurvedic medicine it's made out of the roots of shatavar soo it is obvious that it would taste like that and I don't think there was anywhere written that you are supposed to consume it mixing in milk you have to take a partial spoon of it and drink it along with milk not mix it in the milk. thank you.
