My rating 5 star is not for this product in Amazon. Because I didn't purchase it here.My rating is for the work of this product.Those who are unfamiliar to this type of products cannot eat this. They can try amla sweet candy . The smell , taste is due to the ingredients in it. Those who are thinking the smell etc are due to expiry of product, first you buy this in offline market and try . You will find the same. 70% of people don't like this . Most of Them like amla sweet candy. I personally like chatpata candy within one year our family of three members consumed 8 bottles of this item.It's very good for health.if you try again and again..it makes you feel good.

I bought these candies from a local pharmacy shop and not from amazon, but I thought of writing a product review just as a feedback. I was looking for amla to include in my daily diet after reading about its benefits and found this product in the market. Initially when I opened the box the candies looked terribly awful. They were all dark black in colour with spices all over that looked like fungus. It also gave a very disgusting smell of spices (hing mostly). After tasting one or two I realised the spices are just a bit too much on these. If you see the content on the box, every 100 gm contains only 65% of amla while rest is sugar and spices. That makes them quite a bad choice when you are looking for clean vitamin C. But irrespective of all the negatives, the candies can be irresistible once you start eating them. Maybe it is because of the gooey soft amla sopped in sugar and spices. But too much of them at a time can cause serious stomach problem. This product needs some serious change of recipe.
