Had high expectations. The so called ''Lucknowi Saunf'' that I received is completely tasteless, and does not taste like saunf at all. The contents were full of dust too, as a huge cloud of dust rose up when I emptied the contents from its plastic package into a glass jar. Seller had not even bothered to clean the saunf before packing it.

Hopeless product. Saunf is not green but looks brownish dark in colour. Not fresh but old stock. Waste of money. Pictures of the product by the seller are misleading.

I have purchased this several times, it tastes good than some other brands. But this time it was coloured and very gritty with white sand or stones. I am adding 1* star because saunf is not gritty at all, but still saunf has lots of straw in it. And now it's moist despite vacuum packaging, which means the saunf was already moist when packed.
