I read a lot of reviews before Ifinally decided to go with this.There were many products which suggested strong smell and instant colour however after using fresh Zafran from my friends kitchen garden..I am aware true zafran releases both very slowly..its not instant..the aroma always stays strong though. On receipt of the product first I tested it on milk..it took some time of soaking and reheating the milk then slowly a very pale yellow colour did come and the milk smelled very nice..This was after adding just two tiny strands of Zafran in 3/4 th cup of milk. Yup this is good zafran. I would recommend it.
