The mushrooms were not worth 380/- .... Mainly as the product did not have the potent umami flavour it promised. I can buy the same for 150 or 160 bucks from a local market. Shiitake mushrooms are so UMAMI rich that even 2 mushrooms is good for a decent serving of soup / omelette / steak .... I needed to put 8 of these to bring the rich flavour of Shiitake for a serving.
