I hve used for daily cooking esp .puliyodharai making .for 500 gm tamarind ,40 people can eat .it can be stored for a year also .good product .but lot of seeds ,in tamarind take out all and store otherwise word and insects willl form .it is better to Clean and pack .manufacturer should do it
