Brand is misleading with ingredients, saying (hing: 100%) as ingredients in compounded hing is cheating. They should’ve mentioned the real ingredients which is just majorly wheat flour as all the other brands do. This hing has no flavour or scent whatsoever. I won’t recommend this at all.

Generally I prefer adding Hing powder in all my dals & curries. I recently switched to hing from Crista & yeah I find it to be good. Fine powdered texture with strong smell really increases the overall flavour of food. I felt my stomach at ease .It works wonders in helping digestion of food. Good to go in Indian Kitchens.
