This Garam Masala has a wonderful aroma and tastes very nice as well. I would have given this 5 stars except that it comes in a cardboard Box instead of some kind of little spice bottle which is a bit inconvenient, because I had to scare up a fitting bottle for it right away.However the aroma and taste are just great.Thank you..

Dovendo partecipare ad un corso di cucina indiana ho acquistato last minute questa miscela non trovando alternative nei negozi etnici della mia città.... confrontandolo con siti etnici online ha un costo decisamente superiore (quasi il doppio) ma visto urgenza la spedizione prime super veloce in un giorno lavorativo mi ha salvato. La miscela è composta da un mix di spezie tra cui cannella, pepe nero, cumino e coriandolo. Ricordatevi che questo mix solitamente si aggiunge alla fine della cottura per preservarne l'aroma ed evitare che si bruci.

A famous restaurant I know uses this brand, but unfortunately I ordered it twice and both times it lacked any kind of fragrance pop. It seemed dull which tells me it was not fresh.Seller take note please and find a better way to offer these fresher.If you can offer me a fresh box of this I will gradly change my rating to 5 stars. I just need to restablish trust. I soo want to like this and find a good continual source for for this brand.
