Ciba Achari Masala powder is a tangy way to make delicious tale of home-cooking with a chatpata taste. Simple steps to make Chatpata Achari Aloo (Serving for 4 people): - In kadai heat 2 tbsp oil mix 1/2 tsp Ciba Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp Ciba Cumin Seeds let it crackle. Add 4 chopped boiled potatoes 2 tsp Ciba  Achari Masala Powder and salt to taste. Let it cook for 5 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Note: - This masala can be used in other recipe also like aloo jeera achari bhindi achari baigan etc but not in pickles.  *Masala added in the recipe is as per standard taste. It may differ from person to person.

Aroma is nice.Taste is good.Power is fine.Can be used with any sabzi. Have used with many other sabji. Works well with all kind of sabzi.The issue with ciba product is that their excessive shipping charges. Which costs almost as much as product itself.Secondly, in my case use of garlic and onion in their general use masala.Not everyone likes onion or garlic in their food.If one want they can add it.

I ordered this product for 59/- (100g) and following are my observationsPros:+ This masala adds life to the dry vegetables and the end result is that a sukhi sabzi tastes completely different from the everyday taste. Change of taste is always welcome, like when your neighbour from other part of the country sends some dish but it tastes amazingly different even if it's the same sabzi we prepare in our homes. This masala gives that different taste.+ The flavour is not overpowering, mild and gives a subtle flavour. Contains red chilli salt, turmeric garlic to name a few+ Has a best before 10 months and the pack I received id a month old so that's excellent. (SELLER - Ciba Spices).+ The pack was properly sealed and the product is fssai approved.Cons:- None noticed so far* This product has delivery charges. To lower the delivery charges I ordered 8 masala from the same seller costing 500/- and had to pay a delivery fees of 200/-. Delivery time took 5 days for me.Hopefully the seller in future comes under 'amazon fulfilled' category to solve these issues.=======VERDICT=======This is a product review and the rating is entirely based for the product (not the external factors like shipping fees etc) and for me this is a 5 star product for the taste it gives to the dish.
