I have always felt that all seasonings, herbs, sauces, chutneys, wet masala mixes are really incomplete without a dash, hint, waft or the goodness of garlic. We, at our table, always try to have tempered garlic whole pods in olive oil, turmeric, pink salt 'n a li'l red chilly. Sometimes we enjoy the black garlic, sometimes we bake it, sometimes we roast it, or steam the pods whole, with assorted vegetables.Garlic is from the Allium family, that includes onions as well as some others - and this is known as an anti fungal, anti bacterial, heart 'n circulation healthy, anti cancer group - indeed very valuable.This is a welcome addition to the ways you can consume it. Sprinkled on sauces, pastas, spaghetti, soup 'n your salads. We also enjoy it with masala hotch potch, risotto, oats 'n sprinkle it in our stuffed parathas too - lovely, great product.....

Gave two stars only for what’s inside or else would have given zero stars. The packaging is extremely cheap. The bottle is made with extremely cheap plastic. Doesn’t open and even closes properly and if you try to do it forcefully might as well break the bottle. The edges are so sharp, that can actually scratch your fingers and hands. Extremely disappointed with the outer bottle.
