Most of the Kashmiri chilli powder that I had bought previously had some amount of spice in it and they didn't add the color to the dishes. Surprisingly this one was a good buy... Would definitely consider buying it again...

At last found a true Kashmiri Chilli powder! Perfect in heat, infact hardly spicy/hot as is supposed to be. Brings out neat RED colour when added to food, just what I was looking for and I found it here. 1 spoon of normal/hot chilli powder equals 3 spoons of this powder, i.e., 1-to-3 less in heat
